Along with all of the big changes, we welcome our new Executive Chef Thomas Day III. Thomas has worked in the industry for over 10 years in kitchens throughout Philadelphia.
After graduating in Spring of 2014 with a degree in culinary arts from the Art institute of Philadelphia, Thomas became the executive chef of the new south Philadelphian restaurant SouthHouse creating and executing a the restaurant's opening menu.
During his time at SouthHouse Thomas went back to the Art Institute for a certificate in Baking and Pastries. Thomas comes to the CiBo kitchen with a passion of cooking with the freshest ingredients and while adding a special Chef Day twist!
